- Elections: Sunday, November 16, at 10:00 AM.

- Sunday, November 16, at 10 a.m. the brotherhood will be conducting the election of officers. The five offices of the Executive Committee are President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and Receiver. These positions have a term of one year. There will also be nominations and election of four officers to the Board of Directors. These four positions have a term of two years.
- IMPORTANT: The election process for the Executive Committee is by way of Candidate Lists of a complete committee. Any member can be a candidate in more than one list as long as they meet the Candidacy Requirements. The Lists must be received at the Cultural Center no later then Monday, November 10. All interested in running can pick-up the Candidacy List form and Regulations at the Center or by calling John Amaral, 437-0374 or by downloading a copy from the links above.
- We expect great interest and involvement in this year’s election, not only on participation but also in the number of candidates. Please attend this meeting, your participation and your vote are very important to the continued vitality of the brotherhood.

- Domingo, dia 16 de Novembro, às 10:00 horas da manhã haverá as eleições da irmandade. Os cinco postos da Comissão Executiva são : Presidente, Vice-presidente, Tesoureiro, Secretário e Recebedor. Todos estes postos tem um termo de um ano. Também haverá nomeações e eleições de quatro oficiais para a Comissão Administrativa (Board of Directors) que têm o termo de dois anos.
- IMPORTANTE: O processo de eleição da Comissão Executiva é por intermédio de LISTAS DE CONCORRENTES para a comissão completa. Qualquer membro pode ser concorrente em mais de que uma lista logo que esteja dentro dos Regulamentos de Candidato. As Listas têm que dar entrada no Centro Cultural de Santa Maria o mais tardar na segunda-feira, dia 10 de Novembro. Os interessados a concorrerem com uma Lista podem adquiri-la juntamente com os Regulamentos no Centro Cultural ou contactar John Amaral, 437-0374, ou pode tirar uma cópia da internet nos links presentes nesta página. Os regulamentos estão traduzidos em português.
- Esperamos o maior envolvimento nas eleições, tanto na participação como também no número de concorrentes. Por favor compareça nesta reunião porque sem a participação dos nossos membros nada se alcança.
